About the Transparency Act

The Transparency Act aims to promote businesses’ respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions in connection with the production and delivery of goods and services. It also seeks to ensure public access to information regarding how businesses address and manage adverse impacts on human rights and decent working conditions.

How We Work to Comply with the Transparency Act

A&O Seafood Export AS is subject to the Norwegian Transparency Act and works systematically to comply with its purpose and requirements. Our objective is to operate responsibly and transparently, and to integrate respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions as a natural part of our corporate governance and business practices, including our procurement, supplier, and business partner relationships.
